Sharda Engineers and Contractors constructs residential buildings and housing schemes across Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar for developers, housing societies and land owners. Residential building projects have been part of our work since 2013, alongside bungalows, hospitals and pharmaceutical facilities.
Our strength is planning. Residential buildings fail on schedule when material, labour and drawings are not coordinated. We run all three from our Gota office while the site team builds.

Yes. Developers can engage us on a labour-rate (item-rate) contract for RCC, masonry, plaster and finishing, or on a with-material contract where we procure all material. We also offer structure-only packages.

How do you ensure the project does not get delayed?
Every project gets a construction schedule, a dedicated site engineer and a purchase plan. Our office tracks progress weekly and re-plans material and labour before a delay happens.
