Can an extra floor be added to my bungalow?
Often yes, subject to a structural assessment of the existing footings and columns, and to FSI availability under AMC / AUDA rules. We check both before quoting.
Do you do small renovation jobs?
We take up complete renovation projects — remodelling, additional floors, structural repair and full refurbishment. For very small repair jobs we can recommend suitable contractors.
Can you renovate while we live in the house?
Yes, with a phased plan, dust protection and agreed working hours. We plan the sequence with you before starting.
