An engineering office that builds
Sharda Engineers and Contractors was founded by Girish S. Patel and has been executing construction projects in Ahmedabad since 2013. Our work covers bungalows and residential buildings, hospital buildings, pharmaceutical company projects and farmhouses — all with the same approach: plan in the office, build on site, and never let material or drawings hold up the work.
Our office at Ganesh Glory in Gota houses the drawing department, purchase department, planning and accounts. Our site teams — engineers, supervisors and skilled workers — are on your project every day. The two work on one schedule.

A dedicated drawing department prepares architectural plans, structural (RCC) drawings and working drawings — no waiting on outside consultants.
See your dream home in 3D before we build
We prepare 3D elevations and views so you can approve the look of your bungalow or building before construction starts.
Dedicated purchase department — no material delays
Our purchase team schedules cement, steel, bricks and finishing material so it reaches site on time and work never stops.
Separate office team and site team
Engineers and supervisors run the site; planners, accounts and billing run from our Gota office. Every project has a schedule that is tracked.

Site visit & requirement discussion
We visit your plot, understand your requirements and budget, and explain approvals needed (AMC / AUDA / GUDA).

Design, 3D views & detailed estimate
Our design team prepares plans, elevations and 3D views. You receive an item-wise estimate with material specifications.
- 03
Approvals, structural drawings & schedule
Building permission drawings, structural design and a construction schedule with stage-wise payment plan are finalised.
- 04
Construction with dedicated site team
Site engineers and supervisors execute the work; the purchase department keeps material flowing on schedule.
- 05
Quality checks & handover
Stage-wise quality checks, finishing snag list and a clean handover with all documentation for BU permission.
