Which areas of Ahmedabad do you work in?
We work across Ahmedabad city and district — Gota, Bopal, South Bopal, Shela, Science City, Thaltej, SG Highway, Chandkheda, Nikol, Vastral, Naroda — as well as Gandhinagar, Sanand and nearby towns in Gujarat.
Do you take both labour-contract and with-material (turnkey) work?
Yes. We offer labour-rate contracts where you purchase material, and full with-material (turnkey) contracts where we handle design, material, construction and finishing under one agreement.
How much does it cost to build a bungalow in Ahmedabad?
In 2026, standard-quality construction in Ahmedabad ranges from about ₹1,550 to ₹1,950 per sq ft depending on locality (most bungalows fall around ₹1,600–1,900), and premium finishes from ₹2,100 to ₹2,900 per sq ft. Do you help with AMC / AUDA building permission?
Yes. Our drawing department prepares permission drawings and we coordinate with your architect or liaison consultant for building permission and BU (Building Use) permission.
How long does it take to construct a bungalow?
A typical G+1 or G+2 bungalow takes about 10–14 months from foundation to handover, depending on size, finishing and approvals. We share a schedule at the start and track it throughout.
How are payments structured?
Payments are stage-wise — foundation, plinth, each slab, masonry, plaster, flooring, finishing and handover — as laid out in the agreement. There are no hidden charges.
Do you provide 3D elevation designs?
Yes. Our in-house design team prepares 3D elevations and views so you can see and approve your home or building before construction begins.
Do you build hospitals and pharmaceutical facilities?
Yes. We have executed hospital buildings and pharmaceutical company projects in Ahmedabad, in addition to bungalows, residential buildings and farmhouses.
