The house itself is priced like a bungalow — roughly ₹1,500–1,700 per sq ft for standard finishes in the farmhouse belt — plus site works such as boundary wall, approach road, bore-well, tanks and landscaping, which depend on plot size. We give a separate estimate for each.
Do you handle NA (non-agricultural) permission?
NA and building permission are obtained through your liaison consultant or architect; our drawing department prepares the plans and we advise on what is required for the local authority.
