- Sector plots — sector bungalow plots have specific setback and height rules; our designs follow them
- Newer layouts — TP scheme final plots in Kudasan and Randesan often need site levelling and compound works, which we include in the estimate

Which authority gives building permission in Gandhinagar?
Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation (GMC) for the city sectors and — since the 2020 merger — Kudasan, Sargasan, Randesan, Raysan, Koba, Zundal and Pethapur. Villages further out come under GUDA. Our drawing department prepares permission drawings for both.
How far is Gandhinagar from your office?
Our office in Gota is about 25–30 minutes from Kudasan and Sargasan via SG Highway or SP Ring Road, so site visits are easy to arrange.
