What does "turnkey" include?
Design (plans, 3D elevation, structural and working drawings), building permission drawings, all civil material and labour, finishing as per the specification sheet, and handover documentation. Approvals fees, furniture and loose equipment are normally excluded and listed clearly.
Is turnkey more expensive than a labour contract?

How are turnkey payments structured?
